Kelsey Weston

Kelsey Weston, Esq., is an Associate Attorney at Lender Legal PLLC where she practices foreclosure litigation.

Kelsey was born in Orlando, Florida but spent most of her years growing up in Atlanta, Georgia before returning to Central Florida to attend college. Kelsey graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences. Thereafter, she obtained her Juris Doctorate at Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law where she was an editor for the Environmental and Earth Law Journal and worked as a Research Assistant.

Prior to joining Lender Legal, Kelsey worked in family law and estate planning primarily focused on Chapter 63 adoptions and drafting wills and trusts. With experience in research and interpersonal relations, she brings an integrated approach to handling cases with a sharp attention to statutory compliance and respect for the needs of both borrowers and lenders.
