Joshua Miller is the Vice President of Business Development at Lender Legal PLLC, where he focuses on firm growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships within the mortgage servicing, lending, and real estate industries.

A Florida native from St. Cloud, Joshua earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science — Pre-Law from the University of Central Florida in 2012.

He joined Lender Legal as a litigation paralegal, gaining experience across Florida and Illinois. His background includes serving as a bank witness for Nationstar Mortgage at trials, depositions, and mediations, and working at both a foreclosure firm and an HOA law firm. In 2025, he was promoted to Vice President of Business Development.

Having worked directly for a mortgage servicer and within law firms, Joshua brings firsthand understanding of the demands placed on servicers and legal teams. He works with lenders, mortgage servicers, and industry vendors to build partnerships grounded in trust, transparency, and results.
