Anas Iqbal

Anas Iqbal is Managing Partner of Lender Legal PLLC and brings over 18 years of experience in real estate finance and litigation.

Anas graduated from University of Delaware with a degree in Finance in 1998. He received an academic scholarship to attend Widener University School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court team and received his Juris Doctor cum laude in 2002. After graduating from law school, Anas began his career as a litigator at one of the largest and most reputable law firms in Wilmington, DE. Anas relocated to Florida in 2004 and began a career in real estate which landed him an executive position at a fortune 500 home building company dealing with acquisitions, legal, and finance duties to name a few.

Anas later worked for a private equity firm purchasing in excess of $100 million in nonperforming loans and overseeing the foreclosure process from default through to REO liquidation. After investing in nonperforming residential loans he identified several deficiencies in the residential foreclosure process. He established a set of best practices from which he developed Lender Legal PLLC, which is considered one of the most forward thinking, investor friendly, and most importantly – compliant plaintiff's foreclosure firms in Florida.
